The following post was scheduled by myself when I was 16 years old to release on my 21st birthday. It was a fail safe for my own sanity in case I wasn’t very open about it by that point.
My name is Brian Spagnoli.
I am gay.
Over the last year I started telling people. But there’s a significant amount of people that don’t know – especially outside of the people at my school.
There’s a lot of comments I could make on social issues, but this isn’t a post make any real political commentary. It’s not even a post to really tell other people.
It’s a post to benefit my own sanity. That’s all.
Now read that first definition again.
Sidepoint: don’t for a second make it change anything. It annoys me so damn much when people think they need to mince words because they know a small extra part about me as a person.
The only reason I even need to say it explicitly in this form is because it doesn’t conform to “normal.”
